What is your Returns Policy?

You may return eligible unworn shoes, boots and sandals in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Items denoted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective. View our full Return Policy.

Please note:  outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.  

HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD:  orders placed between December 2nd-December 31st, 2020 are eligible for an extended 45-day return window. 

Is there a fee to return items?

For customers in the U.S. there is a $7 return label fee for each package returned. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange your item. At times, we may also offer Free Returns on certain items or orders for a limited period. If your purchase is eligible the return label fee will be waived. For international customers please see our policy below.

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt of your return package for inspection and processing. Once your return has been approved your refund will typically appear on your credit card within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.  

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Not the perfect fit? Just choose "did not fit" as your return reason. You will be prompted to select your new preferred size. Print out your return label and return the item that didn't fit back to us. Your new size will be shipped right away. When you choose to exchange your item there is no return label fee and no additional shipping fees.

Can I exchange for a different color or item?

Currently, exchanges for a different style or color can only be made by returning your original order and processing a new order for the desired style or color.  After processing your return request you will be given an optional Instant Refund voucher that you can use just like a gift card to purchase a new color or item. If the item you purchase is less than your original item you will be refunded the difference once we receive and approve your return. Want to buy more? No problem! You'll be prompted to enter your credit card if your new purchase is more than the credit voucher you received.

What items are returnable?

What items cannot be returned and are non-refundable?

All items marked Final Sale are unable to be returned or exchanged.  We know buying Final Sale items can be tricky so please choose carefully and Contact Us if you have any questions on size or fit before buying.

How do I return from outside the US?

For customers outside the US, you are responsible for shipping us your returns at your own shipping cost using a carrier of your choice. Please include the packing slip that came with your package so we can easily identify your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so it is recommended that you insure your return package and keep your tracking number until your refund is complete.
